Shipping policy
Currently all products are made to order, as such all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a further notification when your order has shipped.
All items are shipped in discrete non-branded packaging.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note all orders are dispatched from the manufacturer directly, we use a variety of manufacturers around the world including the UK, Germany, USA and China to ensure the best turn around times and the variety of products we currently have on offer, some items maybe shipped internationally and may take a little longer to arrive than those manfacturered locally to you, where possible we will use the closest manufacturer to your delivery address.
Additionally, items sent internationally can be held up by local customs & excise, unfortunately we have no control over this, or how long an item maybe delayed.
Where shipping charges do apply, you will see a shipping charge per type of item, so if you are ordering multiple different types of items, you may see multiple shipping charges when you checkout, this is correct.
