Refunds & Returns
All items currently offered by Snuggly Bears Emporium are printed to order to your specification/size etc, as such are considered a personalised item. As per UK law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalised by you, with this in mind, please ensure you carefully check your size in the size guides provided for each item,
We may at our discretion, look into other solutions. You will be asked return to the unused item to us within 14 days of notifying us, and you must pay for the return of the unused product to our nominated address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All reports of damages/issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
